We're just over the halfway point now--both in the Weight Loss Challenge and the BPM spectrum.

That puts us at 145 BPM. So, here's this week's list of songs at that tempo. They should definitely have you jogging, but with 20 more BPM to go--you'll be far from maxing out your pace.
