For the Weight Loss Challenge, I wanted to put together a series of playlists that would get a little harder every week.
To that end, I'm starting with a few tracks that clock in at 125 beats per minute. This is a decent tempo for walking, if you're just trying to get into the swing of things again.
And next week, we'll move things up a little. By the time the challenge ends, the lists should have you moving at a steady run throughout.
