Indulge your special someone this Valentine's Day with this low-calorie delicious Strawberry Medley, which includes Champagne Punch (73 calories), Angel Cupcakes (60 calories) and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries (130 calories).

Valentine's Day Strawberry Medley

Below is the full recipe:

Strawberry Champagne Punch
(73 Calories)

1) Blend 14 oz of thawed strawberries with 1/4 C simple syrup
2) Pour in pitcher
3) Add a bottle of Champagne (we used Moscato)
4) Mix in 1 L of lemon/lime seltzer
5) Pour and garnish with a strawberry’

Strawberry Angel Food Cupcakes
(60 calories each)

1) Mix box of Angel Food cake mix with 1 1/4 cup of water.
2) Blend
3) Cut strawberries
4) Pour mix into cupcake tin
5) Add a few strawberries into each cup
6) Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until tops are golden
7) Remove from oven and let cool
8) Add coolwhip and strawberries
9) Enjoy!

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
(130 calories)
1) Wash, stem and chill a fresh cup of strawberries.
2) Melt chocolate chips in a metal bowl over steaming water.
3) Dip chilled strawberries into melted chocolate and let it set.
4) Enjoy!
