Friday. Weight-In day.The end results... Four pounds in one week. I love it! I sincerely hope everyone else is making way with their goals. Stick to it, the results are certain to follow.
As I mentioned before, in researching the many different diets available, one piece of information I came across was the once weekly weight-in. I have found this is the best way to monitor your progress. When following a daily weight in schedules, it was hard not to get down on myself with the constant fluctuations in my weight, even though the fluctuations were small. By weighing myself only once a week, you get all the progress without any hassle of up and down, up and down.
And now I sit and try to write with my arms and legs as jelly. I did some strength training today for the first time in weeks as I've been rehabbing a wrist injury. But I'm back to full speed and soon to get some tone back. So now it's time to keep plugging, keep eating right, exercising every day and finding the time to keep on writing.
