Back to it! Today was a return to cardio after a three day hiatus after some strength training and yoga, the knees are feeling better but perhaps not ready for a heavy regimen. I'm going to have to research some additional low-resistance activity to keep things fresh, I definitely don't want to get bored. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm sure they have some good resources here on Diet.com! I'm going to have to do some digging.

Congratulations to everyone that participated in the Fall Blog Challenge. I hope everyone was able to either accomplish some goals or get a good start on a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement. Cheers to all!

I have heard that swimming is low resistance from someone on here. So if you have a pool nearby maybe jump in :) The challenge was just the thing to get my weight loss started and a healthier lifestyle :) Hope that you continue to do well!
