Exactly one year ago to the day, my wife Ann and I were married. We just celebrated with an abbreviated weekend in Nantucket. We had a great time, wandering the brick and cobblestones streets, eating some great food, enjoying surprisingly perfect weather and driving in monsoon weather to reach our ferry. After all the walking we did, I plan on sleeping great tonight. Because tomorrow it all starts over again.

Is it terrible I need to re-commit to my diet, one week into my fall diet challenge? But what twist of fate, that on the same day I made the ultimate commitment one year ago to the day, there comes the opportunity to do it again? So here it is...

Prior to my wedding I had dropped almost 25lbs. I was right around 170 at that time, and have gained about 10lb of that back. So here it is folks. By New Year's Day, I will be back to my original goal, and from there the sky is the limit.

Life in the emergency room is very difficult real man only survive there. If you think you are also including in these guys who have perfect essayedge review then you are thinking wrong. Because these rooms are not good when you are in emergency.
