Wow!!! Just about one of the worst advices I have yet to seen out. There especially for some one who is new to losing weight. Like me. have no Idea what some of that stuff means. And I dont think if I go out for a run its not gonna help me lose weight. I need clarity and help.

Running isn't my thing, although many people have told me if I want to lose weight then I have to start running. Thank you for mentioning that. Stephen when will you open a studio in Florida?

There are still a lot of myths out there surrounding how to best lose weight, and yes, running is one of them. This is an idea left over from the 1980's that is difficult for people to grasp... even if it is true.

Articmom, considering we just had 2' of snow during this last blizzard, opening up another studio in Florida sounds great!
