To be successful we need people who will encourage and motivate us. I struggle with weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. It is easy to quit and cheat and make up excuses why I can't. But when I surround myself with people who encourage me I just keep going. I an 2 and a half months into trying to change how and what I eat, and every day I need to make those hard choices. Thank you to those who keep me going and not sabotaging my efforts in my goals.
