Hamstring flexibility is the key to releasing your back!

For most of us the hamstrings are a very tight area of the body, which has a direct correlation to lumbar spine discomfort.

How does tension in the hamstrings relate to weight loss? Simply stated, when we are more mobile and more flexible, we are able to move through the world with more fluidity, strength and power.

When we experience ease of movement in our bodies we are able to exercise with more ease, and our intention is realized.

Let's get started!

Hamstring stretch to ease lower back pain

Sit on your bottom. Extend your right leg straight out and bring your left heel towards your groin. Inhale deeply as your rotate the base of your spine towards your right leg. Inhale deeply, and on your exhale fold forward over your right leg. Hold for 10 deep breaths. Switch sides.
