Hi everyone!

My name is Katrina and I am YOUR personal trainer. I am very excited to be part of diet.com and part of your lives as well. If you are wondering about fitness, health, how to balance eating healthy and exercising, I have the answers for you! Having earned my bachelors degree in Health Science, Health Promotion and Fitness, I am dedicated to helping people reach their goals. I am also certified through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and specialize in prenatal health. Feel free to contact me at any time!

Everyone and every -body- is different. I am your resource on what will work for you, how you can transform your body and what it will take to push yourself. I am also a great support system. I know what it's like to be heavy and out of shape. I also know what it's like to know there is a fit person inside of you that wants out! Everyone has a potential to let that person inside them free and live long healthy, confident lives!

Do your best to stay moving and healthy... and if you have not tried this yet, right now is the perfect time to get started! Today after work or after your long day, take twenty minutes to walk with your kids, husband, a friend, neighbor, parent or take some time to yourself! Let the world in as you walk and enjoy the life you live! All day you worry about others and take care of others, take a break and do something for your life.

Hi Katrina. I actually have a question for you. I have been reading a lot about how it's bad to stick to an exercise routine. However, even if my body is getting used to how I'm running...isn't burning calorie burning calories?
