No matter where you are in life, your age, your history or your level of fitness, understanding that the pursuing of wellness in order to be your best self, is critical. There is no one who can continue to give everything of themselves in their lives, without giving themselves something back. We often over extend ourselves for family, careers, spouses, friends and general crus that can come up at any given moment, we run out of time for us. Itís like continuing to pour from a pot without refilling it; eventually you too will run dry. So, now can you think of any better time to put yourself first and get started being healthier? Deciding to get healthy and stay healthy is ageless, timeless and fits every budget. Getting fit can be done at home, at the gym and best of all, making small daily, simple changes can impact your lifestyle throughout your day. The hardest partÖis getting started. Procrastination is nobodyís friend, especially when it involves your own wellness. Here are some thoughts to get you and keep you on track:
