Last night we lost power in our neighborhood. So my family ended up have to go out to dinner. I was really trying to avoid this for the first week. I did stay away from soda, and sweets. I choose smaller portions, but we ate way later than I wanted to. To make up for this I am going to do two workouts today. Now since I am still not in great shape I am making it 20 minute workouts and one is going to be swimming and one will be on the treadmill. Meals planned, tracking ready.
