It is the most healthy thing ever to eat when you need snack or have a case of the munchies! I had it at a party last weekend and got the recipe. My whole family is addicted to it.

Ingredients:
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 scallion or onion
1 4 oz package of feta cheese
1/4 C vinegar
dash of olive oil
dash of sugar

Simply drain the black beans and corn then rinse with water. Cut up the veggies into tiny pieces. (note: only use a little bit of the onion). Mix all of the ingredients together and WA-LA. You have the BEST TASTING THING EVER!

My sister made something very similar to that this summer when she was out visiting. Super yum! Nice change from the boring salsa that we usually have :)
