He has worked extensively as a nutritionist with the California Angels baseball team and with famous athletes such as Charles Oakley, JT Snow and Sean Rooks. He also worked as a nutritionist for the Chicago Bears and the Oakland Raiders.

I like this article overall, I just wish "good-sized" and "solid breakfast" were explicitly defined. My background is in Nutrition and the most common thing I have seen in patients is not truly knowing what a healthy portion looks and feels like. This is a problem because portion size is a major factor in weight management.

There are different type of diets. In order to loose weight maintaining the diet is essential but along with it I would say doing exercise is also equally important.
