Hi, so I know I posted earlier, but I'm just feeling great! I looked in the mirror after working out, and I could just see even the smallest difference in the way I look. My face is thinner, my sides are coming in a bit, and my collar bone is more pronounced. That may not seem like a lot, but it's enough for me to stay motivated. It's sad how excited I was to work out today because I learned some new abs moves. I'm starting to be a health nerd :)
