Naomi Rotstein, ACSM CPT, HKC holds her BS in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition from Ithaca College. She has been a Master Trainer for 2 years, applying what she has learned each and everyday with her clients. In addition to her personal training business, Naomi is also the founder and editor of 1FitFoodie.com, where she shares healthy recipes, exercise tips, workouts and motivation for thousands of readers. Naomi has competed in five fitness competitions and takes what she has learned prepping for her shows to push her clients to a whole other level. It's not about exercising longer its about exercising smarter.

Our weight loss and fitness journey takes us through many unexpected experiences. At first, we are thrown by the surprise but in time we overcome them. It is up to us to own the learning and apply it to our game plan. When you are fully committed to the end result, we find a way to avoid the predictable pitfalls.

What does your game plan look like? Do you have one for the upcoming week? Month? Season? I challenge you to develop a plan for yourself for the next 30, 60 and 90 days. We put more thought into our work week than we do our health for the week. I know it takes time and effort. Anything worth having does.

My daughter is getting married next week. It is a very busy time for me. I literally scheduled time for myself to schedule my time for this week. I know what I am eating for lunch everyday and most importantly when I am working out. This alone is a huge relief to know you have a plan and you a strategy to stick to your plan.

I hope after reading this you will give some serious thought to your plan. Please schedule time with you to schedule time for you!
