Please keep in mind that these are healthy favorites, which I have chosen -- my picks are based on both taste and nutrition. So here it goesâ€¦.
# 10: Honey Wheat Braided Pretzel Twists with Roasted Garlic Hummus
Mmmmmmmâ€¦. Sweet honey pretzels flavored with garlic. These are a great to bring to work for a mid-morning snack when your stomach is growling and you canâ€™t stop for food.
Just make sure to pre-portion the pretzels because these can get quite addicting. For 10 pretzels and 2 tablespoons of hummus, this snack will only put you back 160 calories!
#9: Key Lime Yoplait Yogurt
Who doesnâ€™t love key lime pie? This delicious yogurt is great any time of the day -- even after dinner as dessert.
If it had a graham cracker crumble with some whipped cream, it could really pass as key lime pie filling. Only this stuff is way better â€" just 100 calories and a great source of protein and calcium!
