Quick & Easy Pasta (Tortellini) Salad

Ingredients:
1 Cup cherry tomatoes
3 Cups of tortellini (or other pasta)
1 package of bacon strips
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 Cup Feta cheese

In a pot, bring water to a boil and add pasta - cook for around 15 minutes

Place bacon strips into pan - cook until crispy or until desired texture is reached

Slice cherry tomatoes in half and set aside

Place cooked pasta into a bowl. Add slice tomatoes, 1 tbsp. olive oil, cooked bacon and feta cheese.

Toss in bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Enjoy!
