My name is Amelie, nice to meet you all.
I joined Diet a few days ago but decided to say hello now, as my family constantly takes a lot of my time :)
I'd love to start dieting and exercising again. I did start with some fitness a few times, but so far without any real results. Guess I wasn't motivated enough.
But this time I'd really like to stick to my plan and lose some baby weight :) Hopefully I'll find some nice, supportive people to tell me go on in those hard moments when my motivation starts to crumble (and I know there will be such moments!)
