Looking for a new workout routine? Try this Circuit Workout with Jessica Bergenfield, who trains at the Beacon Hill Athletic Club in Boston. This workout will tone up your entire body. Get some major definition before Halloween and show off that sexy costume with body confidence.

circuit workoutThe routine:

Complete the recommended number of reps for each exercise and move directly into the next exercise. After you complete all 4 moves, rest 1-3 minutes and repeat 3 more times. Do this exercise 3 times a week on non consecutive days in conjunction with a low sodium, low sugar diet. Limit carbs, and eliminate refined carbs. Lastly, increase your lean protein intake. On days you are not strength training, aim to get 30-60 minutes of cardio. Try not to do steady state cardio but spice things up with intervals, and alternating intensity between songs.

Exercise #1: Weighted burpee with row

Do 10 reps with 5-10 lb dumbbells.

Exercise #2: Squat with Overhead Press

Do 10 reps with 5-10 lb dumbbells.

Exercise #3: Push-ups

Do 10 reps. Beginners can perform a modified pushup, on their knees rather than toes.

Exercise #4: Walking Lunges with Raises

Do 10 reps on each leg, alternating between lifting arms to the sides and in front of shoulders with 5-10 lb dumbbells.

Following Pre-Halloween Circuit Workout was very problematic for me but I did it because I seriously want to decrease my weight. I also read samedayessay review for further information to write my papers about health and fitness. I am glad to say that this workout has tuned has tuned up my whole body.
