Welcome to my blog, everyone! This is so great that Diet.com is opening up this blog feature! Here's how I plan to use my new tool here. Every week I will let the world know how I'm doing on my diet. There will be good days and bad days, but only by admitting my strengths and facing my struggles will I get rid of this weight. I will cheer myself on and stand up and admit I'm human!
Last week I had a terrible week. I didn't feel like cooking and it was really hot, so I ate out almost every night. Out of the five nights in the week I had healthy choices maybe three times. I didn't gain any weight but I feel like I've been eating toxic waste. No healthy veggies, and what salads I did eat were entree types at TGIF's, so they were full of dressing, bacon, you name it. Since when are these salads considered healthy? I feel grose and this week I plan to clean up my act and eat healthier. It's like detox week, in a way. Lots of water, lots of vegetables, easy on the fat, and certainly no take-out!
