After gaining 5 lbs last week and losing 6 lbs. this week, I was sure that I was not be motivated enough to get the job done; but I proved myself wrong. Now i just have to maintain a positive attitude and things will be just fine. (Working on motivation and staying positive)

The road to success isn't always a straight line. In fact, it RARELY is! Keep your eye on the prize by setting mini-goals for yourself. One of our Diet.com members, arcticmom, is doing a great job of this right now - setting new mini-goals for herself each week.
