I was just reading on WebMD that 70% of Americans eat at their desk. Now I'm definitely one of those, but that made me realize why something I have been doing works for me.

Vegetables are foods I have to consciously get myself to eat. But if I pack a large container with cut-up veggies (or not cut up, I'm notoriously lazy and just as likely to eat a tomato or cucumber whole) for lunch, I eat them without paying too much attention. And before I know it, I have eaten most of a day's worth of veggies and few calories!
