I have been on tons of forums like this and gotten lots of diet ideas. Unfortunately, I never found one that worked. I consider myself a fairly busy person, but probably no more than the average working mom.
I am really good at starting a new diet very motivated, but that seems to taper off so quickly when I don't see the results I had hoped for.
I have recently started a new program that I am so excited to tell everyone about. I can't believe how great I feel and and how much energy I have.
I am over half-way through my 8 day challenge and I have already lost 10lbs. I started the journey at 139 and am already at 129. With this program, I also have tons of energy. I have been able to be a better mom because of this.
