Drew's Healthy Day

I have completed 10 days on my diet. I have lost 3 pounds, but the pounds come off easy at first. More challenges to come I am sure.
The hardest part is eating sensible size meals. I have cut out the between meal snacking pretty successfully. But here in Korea, the meals are served with 4 or 5 side dishes. Even a $4 meal comes with all these side dishes, and they are refilled for free. Of course, I don't take the refill, but my "American manners" tell me to finish every thing on the plate in front of me. I need to learn to ask in Korean for very small amount of the side dishes.
Have a great day,

Congratulations on a loss! As for finishing your plate that is just a habbit you have to break. My fiance had to start takeing my plate from me to break my "American Habbit". Just remember food is fuel and not an obligation!! You could always learn to ask for a box (I know probably not culturally accepted, but I did even though it wasn't on my trip to syria, Believe me no one said anything).
