I am in need of a spark. After a poor nights sleep, a long day at work. There will be no biking tonight. But I've done well through the day, managing my diet. A hard boiled egg, some cheese, an apply for breakfast, A grilled pork tenderloin sandwich for lunch. Almonds and carrots for lunch.So I did cheat a bit with some tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. So I didn't ride the bike tonight, but I did walk the dog, and she thought it much better than watching Dad ride the stationary.

I'm going to set a goal for tomorrow, starting tonight. Get a better nights sleep. Work hard tomorrow, then work out strong, finish with a healthy dinner. Keep the fire burning.

A short blog tonight. Deeper thoughts tomorrow. A good night to those people revealing their thoughts, following their goals, having the courage to try to better themselves.

sleep...I was just thinking how improtant that is to overall wellbeing and how I think I often mistake being hungry for actually being tired. Best wishes for a bright tomorrow!
