Happy New YOU and Happy New Year! This is the year of education, personal growth, wellness and natural-healthy living.

You may ask, "Why Wendie?... Why the wellness craze? Why naturally? Why now?"

Because people finally realize there is no magic pill or quick fix to lose weight, remedy pain, or control our state of being in a healthy manner.

Really, the search is for long-term transformation - mentally, physically, and spiritually without side effects. The natural way of healing offers few to no side effects and more results that work. It may take longer in the beginning of your process to see results, but it becomes a lifestyle that will prove to be in your favor over time.

Corporations large and small are jumping on the wellness train. They want you to care about you as much as they do. The obesity epidemic is through the roof which has led to other disease such as heart attacks, diabetes, and high blood pressure.

Insurances are offering hefty discounts for companies in which their employees actively seek out solutions (readily available) to become healthier individuals.

For example, my Visibly Fit exercise program allow for simple moves to be performed at a desk or while away on business travel. They are ideal for companies to offer because the program doesn’t require any type of equipment. It’s a natural way of exercising by using your body as your gym. The exercises are very effective and are not time consuming.

In addition, they have healing power, which often heal old injuries as well as release unwanted weight. Furthermore, it keeps you healthier for optimal job-related performance, gives more energy and vitality to share with the family, and offers sheer joy and happiness.

"Getting well is just a matter of stopping what you did to make yourself sick and beginning a few new programs that will encourage health."
--Dr. Richard Schulze

Much of our sickness can be linked to our nutritional habits and our stress intake. Again, take into consideration that natural is the key to health. Natural foods (fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains) that offer good sources of vitamins and minerals will help to keep you well.

Also offer yourself a natural way to decompress stress. Meditate, go for a walk, journal or whatever works for you to keep your mind and your spirit free from unhealthy stress habits.

It’s a new year and it’s time to take care of YOU... naturally!
