Cinnamon


Cinnamon can help give many foods an exciting, more appetizing taste. The plentiful antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties of cinnamon can help keep your body healthy. Cinnamon is also known to affect insulin resistance, and Advanced Science News claims that it may even protect against certain cancers.
