I'm not sure if it's because summer is right around the corner or if people don't actually believe they can lose weight as fast as I've shown them they can...
Truthfully, I've had a client lose exactly 10.6 pounds in 13 days and 16.3 pounds of body fat in 28 days.
How did he do it?
The same way I recommend you do it... and that's by following an
anti-inflammatory diet plan, resistance based metabolic workouts
lasting no longer than 20 - 40 minutes, and adding in a few healthy lifestyle factors.
Make no mistake about it, it is an exact science and a system, but it's a "turn-key" system that can be used by anyone to lose weight (In 12 years, I haven't seen it fail yet...)
So how fast can you lose weight?
Realistically, it varies widely based on genetics, age, sex,
weight, etc. (I've had people lose up to 17 pounds their 1st week safely under doctor supervision, but my average client weight loss is 5.3 lbs their 1st 7 days.)
A safe estimate, though, is 1% of your body weight per week after initial fast weight loss during your first 7-10 days (water, toxins, fat, etc). So for example, if you weigh 163 pounds, you will aim for 1.63 pounds per week weight loss. That same 163-pound person could also easily lose 23 - 30 pounds within 3 - 4 months.
Losing 1% a week is safe, realistic, and definitely achievable
every week until you hit your goal weight.
Sure, there are always weeks when you plateau but as long as you
are prepared and know how to bust through those weight loss
roadblocks nothing will stop you in reaching your goals.
Hopefully this clears up the questions on how much weight you can lose, and how quickly you can lose it (if not, you can always email my team and I for more information).
