We'd all be skinny if we could just learn how to to burn more calories every day. Imagine never having to diet again and still having a fit, lean body!
how can i burn more calories?
Well, I can't promise that you'll get the body of your dreams or that you won't have to watch what you eat, but I can tell you how to burn more calories with activities that you already participate in. There are basically two different ways to burn more calories, with exercise and with everyday activities.

How to Burn More Calories With Exercise.

The key to boosting your calorie-burning potential is interval training. High intensity interval workouts are proven to be effective when it comes to building muscle and burning fat. But you can't do them everyday. You have to schedule them properly into a balanced workout program. You can also throw a few intervals into your regular walking workouts or jogging sessions.

How to Burn More Calories With Everyday Activities

Researchers have found that NEAT, non-exercise activity thermogenesis accounts for a significant percentage of your total energy expenditure each day. If you can learn how to boost your NEAT, you'll burn more calories.

But remember, no matter how many calories you burn, you've got to consume less if you want to lose weight.
