Dear friends, let me take you on my journey towards a better version of myself. I know that sounds cliché, but I am at that stage of my life when there is only one way for me - to become fitter, healthier and happier.

I have been through a lot and my road to a slim figure has been - and still is - a bumpy one, so I have decided to create a safe space to collect all my thoughts on weight loss and dieting, as well as to share my successes and failures with you. It is also my personal incentive to eat healthier, train harder and overcome any obstacles that come my way. Right now I am all in - I have set one clear (quite) realistic goal for myself. I want to lose 50 lbs by this time next year, but I need to do it responsibly. Gone are the drastic diets that only gave me malnutrition in the past. Gone are endless hours at the gym followed by binge eating homemade chocolate chip cookies in front of the newest Netflix show. And finally, gone are the days full of insecurities. I have come up with a tailor-made weight loss routine, so if you want to know how am I doing, pop in once in a while and say hello!
