Did you ever notice that when you go on a diet you start off saying that you want to learn to stop obsessing about food and your weight problem, but what happens is that at first all you do is think about food and weight? Kind of a catch 22, isn't it. So what I'm hoping to do is really use my blog here on to do some self discovery and laugh along the way. I hope everyone reads it.
