Okay, now that I have my goals set up for this Challenge, I'm actually finding it difficult to not get started on all of them at once! My impulse is to cut down on sodas and make sure to eat veggies and fruit with every meal now. And then there is the exercise component!

And because I don't want to stifle my enthusiasm now, I am making it my policy to do what I can now. But my goals are still the same and I will reward myself for making each goal. Maybe it will be a bit easier to meet my goals later on if I have already been doing them.

I know what you mean, I am starting to change little pieces from several goals. Not completely but a little (although I went a bit overboard on the junk food so far this week as next week I promised to cut WAYYYYY back on what I know is something REALLY unhealthy I do). I am sure you can reach them. Best of luck!

Yes, I can't focus on just the first goal and ignore the others... I'm incorporating all of them with a strong focus on my weekly goal.

I agree I am working on all my goals a little but making my main focus on this weeks goal. I tried to order them so that they would build on each other to make me more successful. Good Luck I am sure you will be very successful!
