Okay, now that I have my goals set up for this Challenge, I'm actually finding it difficult to not get started on all of them at once! My impulse is to cut down on sodas and make sure to eat veggies and fruit with every meal now. And then there is the exercise component!
And because I don't want to stifle my enthusiasm now, I am making it my policy to do what I can now. But my goals are still the same and I will reward myself for making each goal. Maybe it will be a bit easier to meet my goals later on if I have already been doing them.
