I decided to go to my Doctor to talk about my weight. This entire time we've had a weight loss program on base. I was shocked to hear this. I showed my doctor this site and how much I've lost (25 lbs. by the way :)) and he loves the effort that I have been giving and now I'm set up with this program with one of the gyms called the HAWK (Health And Wellness Center). I had to do the Bod Pod :( I was sad when the results came back. I have so much fat in my body.... I really just wanted to cry when I saw the results. But I'm not because they are here to help. So now I attend 2 classes a month, I see a nutritionist, a behavioral doctor and I go in and see my Doctor once a month so he can check on my progress. He says once I hit a plateau that they have medication I assume weight loss pills that he can prescribe for me to help me get over that hump. So I'm really excited and I enjoy working with this team of doctors behind me :),,,

Ps I have lost 4 pounds yay!!!

Hey Brittany! So exciting to hear that you've got new resources available to you to help you reach your goals! I doubt you'll need any medication to help you bust through a plateau - there are all sorts of natural ways to stimulate your body's metabolism and get you over a weight loss plateau. Plus, you'll be proud to be able to say you did it all yourself!

We're thrilled about your 25 pounds down so far!! You're a superstar! Congratulations!

Well done. Looks like you are getting alot of guidance. I dont recommend weight loss pills - a friend of mine got heart complaints from them. Be careful and keep up the good work.
