It's been several months since I posted. I have had many changes in my life the biggest my daughter going away to college. With her new adventure and life, I am trying to get back to normal. I am back to trying get to get healthier. I do well for a while then let life get in the way. I have started a 21 day program I designed for myself and I am trying to lose 10lb before we go see my daughter in 3 weeks. I am cutting out sugar, soda and eating out. Basic but hard to do.
