I know that if I do not set goals, I will fail. I have been trying to change my relationship with food for years. Over the last 2 months I have been lucky enough to make some of those changes stick. While I still want soda every day, I make a choice not to have it. While I hate exercising, I know I will feel better after I get done. With age comes wisdom, I just wish it came with a better metabolism. My goal for this summer is 3 triathlons and a mud run.
