Whether you've got Irish ancestry or not, you're certainly aware of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day holiday :)

And - again, whether you're Irish or not - it's FUN to celebrate on March 17, isn't it?!

St. Patrick's Day doesn't have to mean bottomless pints of green beer and gobs of creamy mashed potatoes or salt-laden corned beef. You can have fun, enjoy the holiday, enjoy some good food and friends... all while keeping your healthy diet in check!
