I have been on this crazy plateau for several weeks of 155, well this morning for our weigh in I was at 153.5. I have done it and I know I can keep it up. Nothing but minuses for the future. And I'm not talking weather ,lol.
I had a chat with Jarrod ( the nutritionist) and he said I should up my protein . I am still working out hard at the gym. Increased free weights and less machines. I noticed there is more concentration and muscle work when using free weights.
I starting doing the barbell flat bench press and noticed my left arm is weaker then my right. So I really have to work hard to keep the barbell strait and not lean to the left.
