Whoo hoo! I made it through the weekend and kept to plan, in spite of the proximity of food. I didn't get as much done around the house as I'd wanted (my plan was to keep busy), but I did two hours on the treadmill and kept the calories down.

And the best thing... lost one pound! Alright, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up, er... doctor appointment!
