Had a kind of rough week there. Got a really bad cold and when I got back to work things were busy. Didn't want to exercise with a fever, and then had trouble getting back in the habit, so that hasn't gone well. And when I have blocked up sinuses, the only thing that really helps is really cold, solid things like ice cream. At least this time I got sorbets that didn't have nearly as many calories and are easier to portion out (I have almost no self control when it comes to ice cream. I will eat the entire pint if it's in the house).

At least, when I got dressed this morning, I noticed that something that was previously a smidge tight is now comfortable. Just wish I had a tape measurer here at work to check if I've lost any inches!

Sorbet is a delicious and healthy alternative to ice cream! Great job on dishing it out so you don't overeat your portion! Frozen bananas and frozen berries are also delicious cold solid things that will give you tons of nutrients, too! Congrats on the loosening clothing. Even if you don't know the numbers, feeling those inches disappear is a great sign of your weight loss success!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to try them the next time the sinuses act up. One thing about bananas though... I tried to freeze them once before and left the skins on them (I'd never heard anybody say to take them off and I'm kind of a literal-minded person). Boy was that an ugly shade of black they ended up! :)
