Today I'm going to give you a full fledged fat loss stimulus package guaranteed to JUMPSTART some life into your fat burning results!
You can literally start today.
And to make you a believer, I'm going to keep this as simple and straight forward as possible.
Here's what I want you to do:
Option #1: If you're not already exercising, all I want you to do is try one 10-minute workout.
Part 1. 20 reps of body weight alternating backwards lunges (1 minute)
Part 2. 20 reps of body weight alternating lateral lunges (1 minute)
Part 3. Jumping jacks interval (complete 60 seconds of fast jumping jacks followed by 30 seconds of rest, and then repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 rounds)
This beginner exercise routine will really work for anyone in a pinch and is sure to have you feeling the fat burning effects!
Option #2: If you're already exercising, then it's time to turn up the heat with this 10-20 minute interval. Here's what I want you to try:
Part 1. Same lunge warm ups as option #1 (20 reps of each)
Part 2. Hand walkouts for 10 reps
Part 3. Use squat thrusts with a push-up (aka Burpees) as your interval exercise. If you have any knee issues you can just place 1 leg back at a time and bring 1 in at a time. Complete 5-10 rounds of squat thrusts with each round consisting of 10 reps. Rest 30-60 seconds between rounds and repeat.
