Tricks ‘N Tips to Eat Right at Taco Bell

- Shed the shell when you order salads. You’ll shave off almost half the calories and fat. Skip the nacho chips.

- Watch the cheese whether shredded, sauced or tossed on top " it’s a source of saturated fat and calories.

- Check out the Fresco Style menu. If you want two items, pair a higher calorie Fresco choice, like a burrito, with a lower calorie taco.

- Top your picks with healthy and nearly no calorie salsa, and/or guacamole if you’ve got calories to spare. Pass on sour cream.

I love Taco Bell, I always order from the Fresco menu. It is very good, and I stay in my calorie range!
