It's been so long since I last posted. I'm mom to a 2 year old son, and currently going through a divorce. I've gained 30 pounds since my separation. It's been a very hard two years, and I'm looking to start my life style change all over again but I want to do it differently this time. Currently focused on toning while losing weight. I'm trying to figure out the best times to drink a protein shake. It's going to be a long road but getting back to a happy healthy place is never easy.
