"My key to success is never being hard on myself when I mess up," Brittany tells us, which you'd probably expect given her consistently positive attitude. "I always tell myself 'never give up' and I have not given up."
"I realize this time that losing weight and being healthy is a long term thing and that's why I know I'm having so much success this time around."
With a current goal weight of 145 pounds, Brittany knows that her journey isn't over. "I'm far from reaching my overall weight loss goal, but I know I will achieve it... especially with all the knowledge I have here with this site and the support."
