Day one went well. Had a few cravings but waited them out. Met my goal of 64oz of water, no soda, no eating out and no sweets. Today I am going to the gym over the noon hour and getting a workout in. Logging everything makes being accountable so much easier. Day two had not been bad. It helps having meals planned, I am also taking a small dose of caffeine to help stop headaches since I cut out soda. I will keep decreasing every day, but caffeine headaches are the most painful headaches I have ever had. I am looking forward to the long weekend and getting some chores done. Hopefully it will keep me busy and on task, not thinking about food. I'm trying to use it as fuel and not comfort. Have a great holiday friends.
