10 days in I can say I have been doing great with my healthy eating changes. I have not had a soda, chips or any sweets. This has been hard but I sleep better and feel better. I will be honest in saying I have not added the exercise like I wanted to. We have been very busy and I have been a bit lazy after working, cooking dinner and doing household chores. I know what I should be doing, I just need to put that extra bit of motivation behind my treadmill. I see the light to my cheat days on Christmas but I do plan on continuing this momentum going into the new year. My goal is 10lb this month. Hopefully by the time we go to Mexico in April I will be down 40lb. Slow and steady wins the race.
