Shauna received her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo. Shauna has a strong background in nutrition education, including assessment, counseling and teaching in the areas of weight control, disease specific dieting and sports nutrition. Shauna also enjoys endurance running and is certified as a Running Coach for the Road Runners Club of America.
