Best Sandwiches

1. Veggie Delite
230 calories
3g fat
9g protein
44g carbs

2. Turkey Breast (no mayo or dressing)
280 calories
4.5g fat
18g protein
46g carbs

Worst Sandwiches

1. Chicken & Bacon Ranch
580 calories
30g fat - yes 30!
36g protein
47g carbs

2. Obviously footlongs are not the way to go either. Even if it does say low-fat! The only footlong under 560 calories is the Veggie Delite...

Salads

1. Veggie Delite
60 calories
1g fat
3g protein
11g carbs

2. Turkey Breast
110 calories
3g fat
12g protein
13g carbs

Go easy on the dressing, that is where most calories from Salads come from (unless they have bacon, eggs or cheese in them). For sandwiches, go easy on the mayo and dressing, this can add up to a lot of empty calories!
