And today it is back to the grind, just getting off work on the swing shift. After a few days off, going in to work is always challenging. But it's also the day after my cheat day, the day after my weight-in. So far, so good.

I had a good day following my meal plan. A smoothie for breakfast, some cheese, cold cuts and fruit for lunch, carrots and almonds for a snack, tuna salad for dinner. Why is that pizza in the fridge calling my name right now...?

I'm exhausted right now. And tomorrow I get to do it all over again. Now off to get some sleep, some yoga in the morning before work then another late swing. Another blog to follow. Good night and good luck...

I would hate swing shift. I would like to be on 3rd shift though. I always enjoyed that! Good luck this week!
