After some successful weight loss and really feeling healthy and fit, I had a bad year and have packed on almost 50 pounds.
I have too many health issues to carry extra weight and the doctor says I must lose it. Too many carbs, fatty foods and sugary sweets are all my downfall. i haven't been here in years but it helped to have daily support in the past, so I am hoping this will help me turn things around.
I am starting day one, with a goal to lose 50 pounds. Hello again.
